What it’s about:
This book is about the journey that NetApp Co-Founder Dave Hitz took to grow his business. Unlike many startup founders Dave was lucky to not get fired or bored. Because of this How to Castrate a Bull gives entrepreneurs an interesting perspective of how to both start a business and how to grow and sustain a business. The book offers some quick doses of insights and a few laughs. Overall, an easy read that is full of great advice.

Biggest takeaway:
When preparing to speak to an audience it’s best to think about what you want the audience to feel and do before you think about the content of your presentation.
